We’ll cover the shipping cost for sending you the new model—you’ll only need to cover the return shipping for the original product. Return Instructions

At RoboticPool.com, we keep our 30-day return policy simple and straightforward, with no fine print or exceptions. All we ask is that the product is returned in its original packaging and in new condition.

  1. 30-Day Return Period: You can return any product within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

  2. No Restocking Fee: We never charge a restocking fee. You only pay for the return shipping.

  3. Return Authorization: Contact us via chat or give us a call at 888-615-4806 to get a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA) before sending back your product.

  4. Processing Your Return: Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 72 hours of arrival at our warehouse), your refund will be processed within 10 days. The credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to post to your account.
